Daniel has over a decade of real estate transaction management and proptech experience in both the residential and commercial sectors across various markets. He began his career as an agent for a boutique firm in New York City where he specialized in residential leasing. Dan really found his calling when he switched to the commercial side of the business as a tenant-rep office leasing specialist in Manhattan, helping businesses from startups to publicly traded companies manage their office footprint. After COVID impacted the NYC office market, he pivoted to a CRE Leasing & Asset Management software platform where he worked with major North American REITs and financial institutions on managing multi-billion dollar portfolios, supporting their business operations, and providing leasing strategy. Dan's hospitable-approach to his customers and relentless work ethic are the pillars to his success.
Nancy Gonzalez, Sales Agent
Nancy grew up in a construction family, so she knows what it takes to build a home from the ground up. That’s also what makes her different when it comes to selling new construction because no one can sell a house better than the person who actually understands how it’s built.
Today, she focuses on off-market property acquisitions and development, working with investors to spot opportunities and turn them into profitable projects. Nancy utilizes both the builder’s perspective and the salesperson’s skill, which means she can explain the value, answer tough questions, and help buyers feel confident in their investment.
